My pair was malfunctioning within 20 days of purchase and I had to get a new pair by claiming warranty from the company. They are not loud neither come with great bass.

PEAK - Poor overall design

It turns off by itself after a certain period of time even when they are still on your ears. When this happens, you have to remove the right unit and turn it back on. This is very annoying. JBL really messed this up. Also you can not wear just the left side without the right side already on. Once again this is poor engineering. They fixed this with their new Peak 2 earbuds. I ended up returning these. Does not recommend.
