I broke down and purchased the JBL after doing some research. I really like them they work great and easy to use. Sync immediately with my phone when removed from the charger. I would recommend them

A YouTube reviewer, said to hard reset them in his videos. Which is what I am having to do about once a day. Then they are not holding charge through half of the work day. I am returning and exchanging for PowerBeats Pro 3
