    Comfortable but don't expect "good" quality sound. Very tinny and loud. Only way I've found to get bass is to be laying down and wrapping a pillow around my head.

    JNL bought them tried them once took them back for a refund I bought ear buds fir $50 sounds much better. For me no thank you the price is to high.

    Very difficult to use. The volume controls and answering your calls was a poor design. Was always hanging up on my calls. Tried for 3 days. Had to return.

      Thanks for reaching out. If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface, then use a cotton cloth to remove any dust and cotton residue left on the headphones. Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry.     The headphones are very sensitive to touch. When performing overhead exercises, arm skims the side, music will pause. Sometimes they music will go in and out which requires restart.
