Maybe just a bad unit?
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these to use in the gym and home office (for teleconferencing). They were great for the first couple of days, but I began to have problems with charging after that. The right earbud must remain on at all times during use, and sadly this is the one that does not always charge correctly. There seems to be a problem with the earbud repositioning in the charging case, leading the right earbud to disengage from the charger. I may just be unlucky with a defective unit, but I will be replacing these with a different pair to be sure. If not for the charging issue, I would have given 4 stars, as these have all the features I wanted and worked well at first.

Picks up lots of background noise.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Too much background noise. Doesn't charge all the time. Clicks on and off at times. Second pair. Warranty pair, worst than the first. Battery doesn't last four hours. First pair only lasted 11 days. Second pair 14 days. Music sounds great!!!

Good product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These JBL in-ear headphones are a great buy for the price. I have not been very "physical" with them, but they are VERY secure in your ear. Sound quality is very good. Once you get used to the controls, they are very convenient to use. Disconnecting and re-pairing with different devices is a smooth process. These headphones also make a tight seal within the ear, making the sound relatively undisturbed by background noise.

OK for walking. Sound quality is good, not great.
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the pair to wear while riding my motorcycle. They are very difficult to wear under my full helmet because of the overall size. However, once i figured out how to put my helmet on without ripping off my ears I can report that the sound quality is much better than with my half helmet. Bluetooth connecting was easy and the right ear controls are quite sensitive to the touch. I am pleased, not overjoyed with this purchase because of the sale price. We'll see how long they last.

Possessed great sound but wasn't reliable
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the sound quality and the stability of these ear phones, but they were not reliable when it came to connection. The battery life was also shorter than advertised.

Great for runners!
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am an avid runner and I really wanted a true wireless that felt secure while I am running at any speed. This pair never feels like it is out of place or going to fall out. The volume could be a little louder when running near traffic or construction, but besides that it is great. Battery life is pretty good, but they are so easy to charge in the case that it really isn't much of an issue. You would be hard pressed to find a better true wireless for the price for active people.

Almost perfect
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These head phones are amazing, at first they hurt my ears (but I hadn’t worn headphones for awhile) but after a couple times wearing them the feel fine. I’ve never had a problem with them falling off. One day the left earbud wouldn’t connect but I just put them back in the case to reset them and it worked. Sound is great, noise canceling is great, battery life is 4+ hours and the case holds 20+ hours charge Would definitely buy again

No Base
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was hoping these would produce more base. Unfortunately, the fact that they are wireless and have limited battery power took the wind out of my sails. I ended up giving these to my kid.

Great for exercising/running
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality excellent. Connection range good. No problem with dropouts or disconnection. Best feature is secure fit. Most secure fit of any true wireless earbuds I have tried. Most earbuds start to loosen and have to be pushed back in after running for a while. These earbuds stay absolutely secure no matter how you move. For my ears, they are much more secure than Jabra Elite, Jaybird Freedom, or PowerBeats.

Love JBL, but they miss the mark.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited about this product. I am a songwriter/producer and was looking for quality headphones that would allow me to retire my over-heads while using my phone and be able to also use them for calls. While I like the look and comfort, they miss the mark. My music doesn't have to be loud, but I need to feel the music. Voice and vocals are clear, but very little to almost no bass presence. During voice calls, I am told that I am tough to hear. I always have to go to handheld. Unfortunately, I am disappointed in my purchase especially because I love JBL products.

I LIVE JBL, BUT...
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jbl I expected better. Over rated and priced too high. Only good thing I have to say as a fan of your products is that the sound quality was great. And it was waterproof. It fit poorly in my ears!!!

These do what I wanted them to do.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Ear phones work well. The sound is very good. The battery life is excellent so far. The stay securely on your ear, ..., which is what I wanted most of all. They won't fall off, but may need pushed in or adjusted if you do something strenuous. I have no problems with connectivity with my Samsung S20 phone. I am pleased with them.

Do not purchase!!
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for my wife for Christmas last year. After almost a year of using these, I can honestly say do NOT purchase. She has had issues since early spring. It started as the left ear bud not charging. She would put them in the case and it would apparently not connect to charge, so the next morning only the right ear bud would work. Eventually neither of the ear buds will charge. She has to take the ear buds in and out of the charging case repeatedly to get them to finally begin charging. It can take her several minutes and this does not guarantee they will charge all the way. There have been several times they have not stayed connected long enough to fully charge even with her efforts to ensure they are connected. The most recent issue she is facing is that the left ear bud will randomly disconnect while she is running, which causes the right ear bud to temporarily disconnect as well. The right ear bud will finally connect to her phone again so she can listen to music out of one ear bud at least, but then the left one will decide to reconnect, which causes everything to stop again. She is very disappointed in these. I bought them because we have the JBL flip 4 and love it. I thought these would be great. She says the sound quality is fantastic when the ear buds decide to work correctly, but, for the price and being less than a year old, I cannot give more than one star based on the obvious quality issues with the components and/or tech. My wife runs 5 miles a day. She enjoys listening to music during her runs, and the inconsistencies with these ear buds have her already looking for a replacement. Do not waste your money on these.
