I like the design and the secure fit. But I don't like that you can't answer calls from either earbud.

Good sound good ear phones except for the pain that they say won’t happen when you use them for extended periods. I tried all the ear tips provided and none gave me pain free listening and to top it off the headset can only be used in the right ear or both. Unlike AirPods which can operate in either..... so for those reasons it got returned and only one month after purchase...

Good quality wireless headphones. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is that adjusting the volume is a little nonuser friendly - you have to slide your finger up or down and it can also pause, etc if you're not careful.

I thought these were expensive at first but i was tired of the cheaper wired and wireless headphones because they kept losing audio in one ear. Or would break. These are working great so far. Its definitely worth the investment.

When they function the sound is very good. The biggest problem with these devices is that the charging box has poor contacts and the buds don't charge correctly. My wife needs to put pressure on the pods and hold lid tight with rubber band to get them to charge.. buy a different product

I needed up returning these headphones. I thought I’d save a couple bucks and not buy AirPods. I should have spent the extra money at the start! These head phones do not stay connected to my iPhone. Ended up returning them and bought AirPod (which are amazing). Do not recommend.

With these you’re paying for the name. The battery life is horrible for the price. The sound is ok and the fit is good other than that you can get $69 pair of J-labs and get more features and great sound quality and a better fit and better battery life for your money.

I'll start with the good. It stays in your ear and cancels any noise around you. The sound is good as well as the bass. Had it for 3 years now. My problems with it is the battery only last a few hours. The case used to charge is little big in your pocket. Also it has trouble charging if the earpieces don't connect just right it won't charge, can be so annoying. And at times I would have so much trouble connecting to my phone. Recently the one earpiece is starting to come apart.

I bought this little more than a year ago but this stopped working couple of months back. Now the ear phones don't last more than 5 minutes. I tried charging in the case several times. The case says it is fully charged but when I put them on, dies within few minutes.

    Inconsistent Bluetooth connection

These headphones are overall good in the way they fit snug in the ear while working out; however, they have a very inconsistent Bluetooth connection while running (the headphone fall in and out of connection randomly) and the quality of sound could be better for headphones in the $100 price range. Was expecting better from a JBL product but still, I’m not completely dissatisfied with the product.

I bought these because I don’t like standard ear buds because they never seem to fit comfortably in my ear and always seem to slide out. These have the hook around your ear and stay in place and are comfortable.
