Was able to get credit towards another product of higher quality. At the beginning they met all expectations, my husband loved his bday gift but broke after a few months.

Operating the functions such as volume, pause, phone call connect is very difficult. Sound is as expected with JBL, good!! A better function process would have made these perfect.

I would turn the headphones on like the directions say but the left ear kept loosing connection. No matter what I did the left ear would not stay connected.
