For one, the charger case often does establish a good connection with the headphones and therefore will not charge them. Second, the headphones will sometimes randomly freeze and I have to let the power drain in order to restart them. And finally, the left ear bud has completely stopped pairing with all of my devices, less than a year after purchase.

Posted .There are factors we need to consider as to why charging stops with your JBL Endurance Peak. This is sometimes caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt. We recommend cleaning the contact pins with a cotton swab and alcohol to remove any dirt. Make sure the unit is dry before charging. You can also try using a different charging cable to charge the case. Or for mono , right headphone only ... so annoying !

Volume control is difficult to manage and works poorly. Reception blacks out too often. Not as comfortable to wear as one would imagine.
