1 Star - Cant go Lower!

Same issue as the 1st pair, left headphone no longer connects. Took abut 4 months to stop working, 1st pair stopped after about 1 month. Customer service for warranty is pointless! I also have the JLab true wireless, waterproof, 1/2 the price, and 3 months with no issues!

I have told myself a number of times to return the item and just about when I would give up trying to pair the headphones with my iPhone, it would pair! Then there is no way to tell how to turn it off; the only solution is to connect it to the charger to make it easier to use the next time. The only redeeming feature of this product is that it is cheap!
