Then the sound started to fail in the left ear headphone. After going through the process of removing and redownloading the headphones a few times the left ear headphone totally quit working. I had read other views of previous owners having this problem but I took a chance. I returned them and received a refund of my money.

The bluetooth connections are good and it actually connected to my phone first time around. I use them to work out in the gym and when I get a phone call it switched over to the call easily.
