The volume of the headphones can be adjusted by moving your fingers along the ridges on the right earpiece. most of the time only the right one works

Had to go to u tube to figure it out. most of the time only the right one plays. Plus it skips every 4th or 5th beats and you have to turn it off and one several times before it will work properly. Very disappointed in the product. I am now just wearing just the right one.

INSTRUCTIONS WERE TOO SMALL FOR ME TO EASILY READ AND NOT CLEAR TO FOLLOW. THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE A PROBLEM. THEY WERE NOT A QUICK READ AND I DID NOT TAKE THE TIME NECESSARY TO STUDY THEM.
