I consistently find that after hours of charging my headphones, they are dead. I have had multiple times where the headphones cut in and out while I’m wearing them, making a muffled/static sound. I have found the playtime of the headphones to be half of what was advertised. Glad I bought the warranty!!!

Was fooled that 'Bluetooth 5.0 should make the delay time between your phone and these earbuds low enough that they can be used for gaming' by a blue shirt. Imagine my surprise when the response time was 2 seconds of delay. They are probably great workout earphones I'm sure, but they might not make good for gaming.

Our JBL Endurance Peak has Bluetooth version 4.2. This headphone is designed for streaming music with your devices. It's better to check our JBL Quantum Headphones if you're planning to use headphones for gaming. JBL

Trash won't charge properly. The right side would not charge the charging pins are defective and lose contact internally. It's a easy fix but the company doesn't care and ruined what otherwise would have been a great product.

Thank you for reaching out. If the Right earbud has become unpaired: First, un-pair the one earbud that likely is paired to your mobile and working. You must forget the Endurance Peak II in your BT menu. Triple press the Right earbud to trigger TWS pairing mode quickly before it can connect with the previously connected BT device. Now turn your BT back on your mobile device and power on both the Left and Right earbuds which should automatically go into pairing mode and pop up on your discoverable BT devices. Choose the Endurance Peak II and now both earbuds should be reconnected to your device. If the issue persists, you can try resetting the headphones by placing both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for the reset to work.) It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. The sound is horrible. I got a lot of feedback noise, and there was no no noise cancelation at all. People could hear everything around me. They wouldn't stay connected to my devices, and I had to keep reconnecting them. For $100 I really expected a better quality.

JBL Endurance Peak doesn't have Noise Cancellation. We could recommend trying to pair the headphones with a different device and make sure it's wihtin range to ensure stability. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support so we could try some steps and check your options. JBL

Bought these for my husband. He didn't want the apple air pods like the rest of the family. We were told these were the best over ear headphones. He's used them from working out to work and loves them.

I gave this as a gift for Father’s Day and he loved it! They were comfortable and easy to use. The noise canceling feature works, he can’t hear a thing when he has them on. Great buy, totally worth the money.

sound is muffled when running. It sounds wobbly and interferes with the music. Hurts ears if left for 30+ min and if watching a show or video, there is a small sound that is annoying and irritating. Displeased with what I spent on it and trying to get it serviced to maybe remove the buzzing noise. Just get beats. They beat JBL at this awhile ago.
