Found troubleshooting for product , reset it . The right one came synced back, but not left. I am In the process of returning them to Harmon

I was so disappointed in that they constantly kept disconnecting for no reason. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great sound for the five minutes they do work and very comfortable. Still worthless if they won't stay connected. Yes I did the research and trouble shooting and it still wouldn't have it.

I’m a fan of JBL but these are horrible.

Turning them on seems like it should be easy but it wasn’t at all. Don’t get these at all. Another JBL product will probably be okay but definitely not these.

What a waste! Lights were on the dock like it was charging but didn't actually charge them. I would think twice before buying these.

However Best Buy with no questions ask took the return and allowed cash back or a swap for something else.

Horrible Sound

Returned - flaw design

Posted .Our JBL Endurance Peak can be turned on by unclasping the PoweHooks on the earpieces. To adjust the volume, simply move your fingers along the ridges on the right earpiece. Upwards to increase and downwards to decrease.

The earbuds do NOT fall out due to the ear hook design. All that is is good. Now the bad— all controls are on the rt bud. No problem there. All controls are touch controls. Big problem. These were designed to be used while active, but it’s nearly impossible to discern pause, track and volume in the tiny one inch square designated to control all three functions. I though after a few days, I would adjust. On the third day, I gave up. There is no way to control these gracefully white sitting perfectly still not sweating, let alone on a treadmill or jogging. Bc of this design flaw, I do no recommend these ear buds. If they put tactile controls on the rt bud, the issue would be resolved and this would be a great product.

Bluetooth disconnects in pool
