I love jbl, great products and I had the reflect minis before this that I managed to wash 2x somehow and they still worked as good as new but they gave out after a 3 years. I loved them These are okay, id give them 4 stars but they dont charge. I put them in their box and the red light indicates they're charging but when I'm at the the gym it says they're at 20%. I take like 5 minutes ensuring they're charging and even then one will be less charged than the other I bought these because they were in my best buy offers but I wouldve gone with another set of reflect minis if I had paid full price I love jbl, but I think mine might be defected

Not very loud but an overall good product. Very comfortable and stable earbuds for the price.

They fit good and great sound but the left one went out completely- no sound- after only a couple weeks. Had the warranty and replaced it but same thing happened again so exchanged them for another style.

Ease Sound Quality Durability And style Best around- I have had beats pro, apple, Bose, and many more and can’t stand them or they are junk after a tiny bit of time this is my second pair of these and they are amazing first pair were lost in airport luggage but I’m sure still solid wherever they might be now. These are a winner and a must have all around

They sound ok. But the battery life is pretty short, maybe four hours, and the charging case just doesn’t work well at all. Getting the ear phones to make enough contact to charge fully is a hassle. When I first got them they seemed to charge ok. But after a while one ear piece or the other won’t get much of a charge. It seems that there isn’t enough contact pressure, so now I have to use a rubber band and make sure their both charging before I leave them. Going back to Bose I guess.

These have great quality and sound for the price. Love the over the ear loop for holding in ear.

As with other jbl blutooth Reviews I submitted, sound quality is disappointing, Samsung probuds 2 beat these by a mile. Battery does last a long time though.

I have been having problems with then since i got them. they make sound while using them. The left one is always dying. I don't think the charging pod works correctly.

I was tired of $40 headphones that didn't work great and inevitably stopped working, so I got these. Easy to pair, sound is good, they don't randomly unpair. Comfortable and they don't fall off. The charging case is nifty and works well. When you take a call you only hear it in your right ear but this doesn't bother me. So far, so good.

Very good sound; however, even with three ear piece nibs to pick from I can't find a pair that fit snugly in my ears. Auto battery safe feature is sometimes frustrating as they auto shut off after there is nothing streaming through them for a few minutes. Charge lasts a reasonable amount of time and charging case is very good.

I was impressed with the battery life and how comfortable they are but I returned them because of the poor sound quality. Kinda tinny and too much bass for my taste.

Not the amount of bass that I am accustomed to and the battery life did not last quite as long as l’d like.

These will never fall out of your ear and you can listen to the right side alone which is great.

I bought these for work and so far I use them everyday. They sound amazing I only wish they were a little louder.

Left occasionally cuts out, but they have a long charge and are light weight which feels good in the ear
