I was running at the time & wanted some earbuds that were completely wireless. I was not able to get these to stay in my ears during my jogging & running. The sound was average at best.

Less than a year the the right earbud is not charging even though the charging box is fully charged. When using for call, people always complained about the sound quality and said it sounded muffled. Trying to adjust while in use, usually leads to a disconnected call. The power button is too sensitive when in use. Fixing my hair to avoid the ear piece falling off, usually leads to disconnection as well. I feel like I wasted my money. Not happy at all

The part of this device that goes into the ear is very uncomfortable. Received calls was not easy to transition and it turns off and you can’t after it shuts off answer calls. It doesn’t stay in stand by for long only like 5 minutes.
