Tried factory reset (multiple times) to no avail. Yet to hear back from recent request from JBL, will update if any resolution received. Additionally, not thrilled with the bulky nature when they were in use especially during the winter when I had a knit hat on, felt pressure against the bud / ear.

The only one coming out ahead is the store and then not getting the ear buds on time for Christmas.
