    My wife didn’t like because it was to heavy. And she said it uncomfortable around her ears.

    I just bought for 2 weeks and it was not working. When I want to return the product. It was too late more than two weeks. I feel very bad . I spent almost $100 after sale . But the quality is considered not good as I expected. I’m not recommend any thing to friends or family with this product.

    Best Buy return policy 14 days maximum. After 30 days these headphones stopped working properly. the left one does not work at all for more than 3 minutes. it just dies. And I cannot return them!! I am very disappointed, complete waste of money, pretty upset about this.

    This is a night mare. Stay away from this. They did not know what they are doing. Very nice in Every aspect. but it disconnects every few minutes like 3 min of non operation and once it disconnects you will not know if a call is coming in. What a shame.
