Nothing matters without charge (trash)

I did finally get it to charge again by wiggling it around in the case. About a month ago (it's Sept now), the right ear bud stopped charging completely. Nothing works, and now the right bud is completely out of power. They're useless, now, trash.

The swipe controls with your finger are horrible and dont react all the time when you are trying to do something but they react almost always or hang up the phone call when you just try to adjust them.

I need to physically push the earphones in for them to charge and it stops charging every 30 seconds. The charging case is an awful product.

The left ear bud, LEFT! Extremely disappoint!

I've had these about one week, the left ear bud stopped working/holding a charge. Extremely disappoint!

Barely worked

The second time it was hard to keep them connected to my computer, or phone, and the left channel indicated it was connected but no sound at all. Submitted a support ticket with JBL a couple of days ago (Case # 03413408) with no response. So, I'm taking these back and trying a different brand. Based on many reviews, they clearly have problems with this model that JBL/Harman does not want to acknowledge.

Terrible headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Been on the hunt for good wireless earbuds, I had the power beats 3 which sounded great and I liked them alot but since best buy didn't offer warranty like the other brands I got scared they may break so I returned them and got these based on the good reviews I saw, boy was I wrong. I was so disappointed especially since I returned ones already, on full volume it sounds like I'm listening to a song on 25 percent volume with other headphones which made them sound dull with no life and bass forget it, ZERO BASS. No thanks, next....

Not working
