They popped off from time to time not worth the price better off getting beats sound ok not the best thow keep automatically cutting on and off jbl need to make better product

I really bought these to tune out the outside world and it does t exactly just that. When I speak to most people on a call, I have to be somewhere where there isn't a lot of background sounds. I've been told that there's either a lot of feedback or my volume is low.

I went from apple AirPod pro version 1 that finally stopped working to these. What a mistake. Very low volume, app you need to download and always select what noise cancellation mode you want. Noise canceling not that great compared to AirPod Pro v1. I returned them to save money for the new AirPod pros.

We think we got a defective set of buds They would not connect to any of our devices. On one try They managed to connect but then would drop continuously.
We like jbl and would probably buy jbl again.

Bluetooth works best within 30 feet in open spaces, but walls, obstacles, and wireless interference can significantly reduce range -- dropouts within 10 feet often signal interference or a corrupted connection. To resolve this: (1) unpair the headphones from your device and manually re-pair them with both earbuds outside the case; (2) test with another device to isolate the issue; and (3) if needed, reset the earbuds by double-tapping the sensor and holding on the third tap for 5+ seconds, then rest them in the case for one minute before re-pairing. It works very good and i love this item. I use it on my workout every day and i love it.
