Fall out of ear not loud enough. Also there very bilky.

These are decent earbuds if you get them on sale. I wouldn't pay full price for them. Sound quality is alright and the noise cancelling isn't good. Wearing these at work and I can still hear someone's radio across the warehouse, which is over 200 ft away. And I checked to make sure I wasn't in ambient aware mode.

They're okay and the work but I wouldn't buy them again. They constantly are unconnecting and then connecting again

These offer decent sound, but they didn't hold up to a teenagers abuse. My son had to replace them in about 6 months due to them wearing out.

They work nice but after some time they started having issues with strong winds with noise canceling mode and ambient aware mode, then the left ear bud took a small drop and no longer works. They sound decent but just dont hold up in tough environments

I bought them because of my poor inner ear shape that do not retain standard buds. The hook is a must have for me. And this works. On the minus side, max volume is a little low and sound quality just ok. They feel a little heavier, bulkier than mainstream apple or pixel buds.

The sound quality is fine indoors. The bass boost is noticeable. These have a setting for running outdoors and it may work fine, but for bicycling it is useless. The wind noise is so high I couldn’t hear anything when I was riding, and I finally just took them out. I’ll keep them as a backup for indoor listening, though.

Its not loud enough. It doesn't really cancel noise, especially for the person on the other side of the call

Easy to set up and use, synched easy, cons: volume cap. Sound too low even when customized equalizers on the app.

It’s ok, sound quality is good, functions are a bit hard to use but works 80% of the time.

Not very good quality for phone conversations in comparison to the AirPods. The microphone does not project well.

They popped off from time to time not worth the price better off getting beats sound ok not the best thow keep automatically cutting on and off jbl need to make better product

For the price they’re ok. Get them on sale if possible!

I really bought these to tune out the outside world and it does t exactly just that. When I speak to most people on a call, I have to be somewhere where there isn't a lot of background sounds. I've been told that there's either a lot of feedback or my volume is low.
