    It was hard to pair, and it comes with a manual! So that means it is complex friend. Yeah, buy something else. I haven't paired it yet. I have to take it to a friend to do it. I tried and failed. So yeah :/

    So the sound quality isn’t anything to get excited about. They are not even a little bit noise canceling. They are waterproof. I like that I can page them. So good and bad. Not worth any where near what they are asking.

    Worked well for a couple of months and one ear bud quit working completely. Had good battery life and sound when both worked.

      We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Endurance Race TWS. If your earbud is not charging, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If your earbud is connected to your source device but has no sound, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings. If your earbuds are not connected to each other, unpair the headphones on your device and manually pair the earbuds together by removing both earbuds from the charging case and tapping both earbuds three times at the same time. Then, pair your JBL Endurance Race TWS to your source device. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

    Nice design, confortable to the ear but doesnt sound like a JBL. I had had several JBL products (Sound bars, bluetooth speakers, head sets and in ear headsets) and this one is not like wow.
