Posted .We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Endurance Race TWS. Your JBL Endurance Race TWS has an IP67 feature which means that they're good with sweat. Please make sure that the unit is dried before charging/ plugging into a power outlet when the unit is exposed to water or moisture.

Posted .Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're here to help. Make sure that both earbuds are properly charged. To manually pair it with your MacBook, turn on both earbuds, tap twice either the left or right earbud, on the second tap, hold it for by 5 seconds, LED indicator should show blinking blue light. For the sound issue, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. You may also perform a reset by turning on both earbuds, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If these steps didn't work, for further assistance, please contact us at (800) 336-4525 Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (EST) Sat - Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST).

The sound is comparable to the first version of Apple AirPods. Not AirPods Pro. I kept trying to listen and was not even swimming or anything but I lost connection so many times.

Posted .Our JBL Endurance Race is rated IP67 waterproof and dustproof. However, it can't be used while swimming because Bluetooth can't travel through water. We suggest the JBL Endurance Dive for swimming activities as it has an MP3 function where you can copy music files into it.

Then, while the Bluetooth on your device is off, tap on both earbuds thrice before pairing them again to your device. For the sound issue, if you're using EQ try turning it off. If not, try turning it on and boosting the bass a little bit. To check if it is an issue with the device, try pairing it with other devices. Lastly, if the issue remains, try resetting it; while it is on, tap it twice and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. You may need to 'forget' it on your device to pair them again. Please contact us if you need more help.

Yesterday the left earbud worked for about a minute after I connected to my PC, then faded to almost imperceptible volume. I followed the JBL recommendation to clean the earbud with water and soap, but the earbud continues to fade to low levels after about one minute of use for both my PC and phone. This is the shortest-lived pair of wireless headphones I have ever owned.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. For you to connect your JBL Endurance Race to your source device, simply remove the earbud from their charging case and it will automatically be on pairing mode. Turn on the Bluetooth on your source device and select the 'JBL Endurance Race' to connect via Bluetooth. You can also forget/unpair the earbud and initiate a reset. To reset, while the earbuds are charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than 15 seconds. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off.
