To achieve the best seal and secure fit of our JBL Endurance Race, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Alternatively, you can try other ear tips from third-party retailers that will fit your ear. If you need more help, please contact JBL Customer Support.

I am extremely satisfied the price is right.i listen to my music these headphones work i would have preferred the beats by dre way but i sincerely was please with the sound plus your ears dont clog up.DR DRE PLEASE MAKE WATERPROOF BEATS GOOD 4 BUISSINESS..... You may try to manually connect the earbuds by pressing and holding the touch control of both earbuds for 5 secs. Battery life isn’t nearly as long as advertised for charging case. Earbud accessories dont include a fin on slip on attachment for larger ear fits. Hard to tell if in right. Stays in but during athletic activities doesn’t stay sitting right in ear and surrounding noise and atmosphere like gym music can be heard and sounds like all treble. Case light doesn’t turn on to signify headphones are charging correctly. Actual sound quality during day or while riding a bike or motorcycle is pretty good. These stay in even during calisthenics and hinge or incline exercise movements. Just not all the way in eventually and sound tinny. App is awesome. Bluetooth is great and pairs well with troublesome devices like switch lite.

Amazing earbuds that actually fit!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been through a number of different earbuds over the years (Recently the Pixel Buds Pro) and none would fit without using memory foam tips or those cone shaped earplug kinds. But these do amazingly well, even with the wings. Absolutely love these, sound quality is pretty good, fit is great and doesn't hurt after a while. I will say I wish they had noise cancelation but these were $60 when I bought them so that's fair.
