JBL quality is very low

I would never recommend JBL brand to anybody

It is also possible that the connection is corrupt. To isolate the issue, please unpair your unit then pair it again to your device by taking out the earbuds from the case. Then, select your unit under Bluetooth Devices. If the issue remains, please contact us for further assistance.

Running, I found that they amplified the pounding sound of my feet with every step. They also made it sound like I was under water when talking to people while wearing them. As an iPhone user, there was also little control.
