Posted .Thanks for your feedback. For you to connect your JBL Endurance Race to your source device, simply remove the earbud from their charging case and it will automatically be on pairing mode. Turn on the Bluetooth on your source device and select the 'JBL Endurance Race' to connect via Bluetooth. You can also forget/unpair the earbud and initiate a reset. To reset, while the earbuds are charging, press and hold the button on the right earbud for more than 15 seconds. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support at (877) 871-6755 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET)
The Voice Assistant function is not so good.

The playback, volume, ambient aware, and voice aware functions may work just fine, the voice assistant, not so much. I had to twice switch it off and back on to get it to actually activate Google Assistant.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue of your JBL Endurance Race. you may try to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds using a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol, as foreign matter on the metal charging contacts may affect the charging process. If you're having issues with the earbuds not having sounds, to re-establish the connection between the two earbuds. While both earbuds are out of the charging case, please tap three times simultaneously. Next, you may try to reset it. While both earbuds are out of the charging case, please tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds simultaneously, then put it back in the charging case for 10 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Messed up on day 2

All I did was play basketball with them yesterday. I downloaded the app and I had the slider to match both sides of input and changed different equalizer settings but audio is still uneven and flat.

Our JBL Endurance Race does not feature Noise Cancelling and is designed with Ambient Aware and TalkThru feature which keeps you alert to your surroundings. You might want to check JBL Endurance Peak 3 which has this feature.

I put it in the charger and it whistles really loudly until I took it out and now they don't work. They've never charged completely so I believe they're defective since I bought them.

With TWS earbuds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
