However, they do not hold a charge. Plus, the left and right buds wear out at different rates. I charged overnight and then used for 45 minutes. The left bud shows 100% power, the right is at 30%. This has happened on more than one occassion.

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Race. It could be that the right bud didn't charge properly even if it is inside the case. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. If the issue continues, please contact JBL Customer Support.
Outstanding quality

First pair was purchased several years old for Christmas. The replacement was necessary because pair #1 stopped charging. Not sure why, I guess they just got too old. Granddaughter loves them!!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery life is about 9 hrs not 10. They are mildly uncomfortable, although tolerable, they stay in well. Sound quality is subpar, they sound like $20 headphones so I returned them.

Waste of Money/Didn’t work

Posted .Thanks for your feedback, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, etc. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support.
Noise

It comes with Ambient Aware and TalkThru feature which keeps you alert to your surroundings while listening to music which is probably the reason why you hear background noise. Posted .Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL Endurance Race has an IP67 rating which protects the product from submersion in 1 meter (3.3 feet) of water for up to 30 minutes. It is waterproof but not suitable for underwater use because Bluetooth signals do not pass through water.
