Very tinny and absolutely no bass. Also the volume level was very low, I had to put the my computer at 100% volume to get a level that is below a normal listening level. Even at $9.99 is is not worth buying.

If sweat gets on it, it messes with the volume, playback, etc. If the hood of my sweater touches it, the same thing happens. I bought them when they were on sale, so I'm not too bumbed. If I had paid the original price, I would have returned them. Overall, they are good headphones, that need some improvement.

Lacking in sound quality for music, especially by JBL standards. I own several JBL devices, including a JBL PA sound system and they all deliver outstanding audio quality beyond their price range. These don't live up to the JBL standard in sound quality but the sale price made them well worth the investment. They are great for phone conversations. They can be really tough to turn on sometimes and then sometimes they turn on when they are in my pocket, taking over my phone audio when they are not in my ears. For that reason, I do not carry them unless I am using them. I have dropped too many calls when that happens. Also, if you are listening and you touch them to adjust them, they pause your app and often will not restart it unless you take your phone out and restart it from there. Between the low sound quality and the finicky touch activation, it is worth it for the sale price but maybe not so at the full price. If you are good with the limitations and the price is right, go for it. If you want premium sound, maybe these are not for you. For music I use my JBL noise canceling headphones. When I need more mobility, these work just fine.
