    These earbuds are a crock of crap. They worked great for about 2 months then I let them set in a drawer for several weeks which caused the battery to drain. I have tried to use them since and the battery won't charge AT ALL. After multiple attempts with multiple chargers I've succumbed to the fact that they wont ever be right again. Also the earbuds were NOT loud at all and difficult to control. I plan to try and get in touch with JBL about it but not sure how that will go due to Covid

    I'm older then the average person who maybe interested in these ear buds which may explain why I have trouble putting them over and on my ear. I have trouble setting the functions with just one button.

    This product didn't have the sound quality you would expect out of a JBL product. The sound just didn't impress me enough to keep using them..may e if your not into serious sound..but if the sound is all about THE SOUND to you..ehh

    I bought these headphones previously for my son and he loved them a lot! Ironically, he wore the headphones on a motorcycle and they flew off and he couldn't find them! (sad,sad). Hopefully he doesn't lose this pair. Hahaha Even my husband have a pair.

    the product is good you want use as other regular headset, running, taking calls, exercise, but it doesn't do well with water. as in theory this was supposed to have a better performance based on the product code.

    This device works very well. I have two Sprints and have been very happy with their connectivity and life span. I also have the Endurance Dive.

    My son is hard on earbuds/earphones. I wasn't sure what to expect with these, but they are rated well both here and on other sites. He's going on 3 weeks of nearly daily (all day) usage without issues. Battery life has been better than expected as well.

    The controls are way too sensitive... cannot really place it in my ear with my fingers without touching on/off/pickup/hang up..

    Sounds good but turns off or changes song or something anytime you touch the head set. I wish I would have returned them waste of money

    I bought this as a present for my 8 yr old grandson. Had concerns on what to buy as he leaves things laying around and is not the easiest on thing, He uses them all the time for his games and Ipod and says they are awesome.

    Got 2 pairs of these for the kids @ the clearance price and they love these. No cords to mess with while using. (Only requires a cord when charging) Really good connection & does the job!

    These are not as comfortable to me as to others. They lose their connection to my phone or tablet frequently. They did pair easily but the frequent connection drop is frustrating.

    Decent bluetooth earbuds, functionality could be easier.... controls . But overall they'll do for now,. Waiting to see how long they stay charged, with constant use..

    Touch control is poor and finicked. It is actually annoying. It lasted just over a year and it died. When it worked, it was good.

    It's not the best sound quality. Also, the wire that connects the earpieces seems flimsy. Yet, since I got it for only 5 bucks, I'm sure it's worth it.

    WASTE OF MONEY!

    Absolutely under no circumstances should you buy these. They do not "lock" in your ear as advertised and constantly fall out during runs and workouts. Even though they boast an IPX7 water-proof rating, even the smallest amount of sweat will reduce the sound quality to the point where one, if not both buds eventually stop working. The touch controls are so sensitive that even the smallest amount of moisture on the side causes the buds to do whatever they want, the song pauses or changes or sometimes the buds just turn off which is the last thing you want to happen during a run. I have yet to run ONE full mile with these without experiencing some difficulty that makes me take them out of my ears and chunk them in my pocket for the rest of the run. The sensitive touch controls also mean that these don't hold a charge! They don't come with a carrying case so I store them in my backpack for safe keeping. While in my backpack, they rub against other items which causes the buds to constantly turn on and lose battery life. Whoever designed these clearly has not worked out a day in their life. I haven't had a good experience with these yet outside at the track nor INSIDE IN THE AIR CONDITIONED GYM! I actually contacted JBL's customer service about this and they were absolutely no help at all! They offered me a credit for their online store but only for an ear-bud product of equal or lesser value, the rub being the ONLY product they offer at that price is the exact same ear-buds that don't work! I even asked if I could get a higher priced item and pay the difference and they said no! Do NOT waste your money on these and I beseech you to buy from another brand who values their customers because JBL doesn't!

    It was not what I excepted at all. Then the cord is short. Thank God I don’t have a large neck or I would be in trouble

    These headphones are great for running and also making phone calls. The simplistic button layout makes the headphones feel premium. Definitely worth the money.

    Good sound once they are turned on unfortunately I do not care for them they are hard to turn on but they turn off by themselves.
