I dislike the location of the control button and find it difficult to adjust the volume. I also changed the size of the in-ear bud but I still feel like it creates a suction in my ear. I also cannot sleep on my side with them in. I gave myself some time to figure it out, but I just want to return them and get another pair.

When they worked, the sound was just OK. As others have stated, they are somewhat difficult to put in your ears, although once in they were pretty stable/secure.
