These were designed with touch controls that allow you to easily manage your music and calls, control volume, play and pause, and track order with a simple touch for extra convenience but we totally get where you're coming from. Also, it isn't normal to hear any noise when receiving phone calls on these headphones and we'd like to know more about it. Horrible sound, no battery

The on/off is a sensor, so leaving it in my purse, the battery is always dead when I try to use them. The sound quality is poor. The one time I tried to use them the music kept cutting out and my phone was in my pocket.

Poor Quality

I was training for a Triathalon. The minute I pushed off the side they fell out of my ears and the music stopped. Didn’t stay in my ears and not easy to connect after pairing and kept stopping with the water as it crossed passed my face. I returned this item
