    Excessively difficult to set up. I charged and tried SO many times, but after a few hours I gave up until the next day. When I finally got it connected, no one could hear me. I took all of the pairs right back to the store. Not worth my time or energy!

    I know the purchase was for a refurbished item but it should have been properly repaired or discarded. The item I purchased is not working properly. The left earphone volume is at half of the right and occasionally matches the right with a static noise..

    I bought these headphones and they are sooo annoying. They kept falling off my ears and when i tried to fix it the call would hang up because of the super sensitive touch. As soon as u touch them even slightly the call hangs up or the music flow would stop. Very uncomftable.they should've made them less sensitive.

    OmG!! Worst earbuds ever bought. Lacking of mids and lows... very high pitch and noise sound. I wanted to take a chance even though I ratings were low...I was not expecting this experience with JBL brand... i had Wish product better than this.

    JBL Wireless head phones

    Wireless head phones will not hold charge. Would not recommend them because of this issue. Tried multiple times to recharge and after last time wouldn’t hold a charge. Have another brand of wireless headphones for over a year no issues.

    I do a lot of running, so I decided to keep these in the hope they can reliably resist sweat penetration. I seem to sweat so much it destroys anything that isn't waterproof. Anyway, I am very disappointed with these earbuds. I should have paid closer attention to the other reviews, as I agree with many of them. My biggest complaints are: 1. Very touchy device controls. An accidental brush of the right side will pause what you are listening to. Trying to change the volume usually results in skipping to the next track, or pausing the audio. Very frustrating, especially when running and you don't want to stop to fiddle with it. 2. The cord is too short. I understand it is supposed to go behind the neck, but wires on the back of the neck tend to shift to one side while running and then it start to pull on one side. Annoying. And the wire is not long enough to wear it in the front of the neck, it has to be behind the neck. 3. Lack of bass. I am not a bass freak, but I expect full bodied sound. These do sound very good in the mid and high range, but they are too bright for my taste and there is no real low end to balance out the sound. Ear buds are often very dependent on how good the seal is inside your ear, and the bass on these do greatly improve if you can get them to seal well in your ears. But I have found getting them to seal at just the right angle and pressure in order to get good bass is almost impossible. And then they shift and the bass is gone. Or you try to shift them to get good bass and end up pausing the audio because you touched the right earbud in the wrong place. Frustrating. I did use an EQ on my phone to balance the sound to my preference, and that worked pretty well. Except when I did that the volume decreased and then I had trouble getting them to play loud enough. Some playing around with the EQ got sufficient volume and better sound quality. It was a compromise. As I suppose most $50 earbuds are, by the way... I didn't list any pros because the only pro I have right now is sweat resistance, and I am not sure how resistant they are. I will try to update this review after I have run with them for a while and discover if they can handle it.

    These headphones fit weird and are highly uncomfortable. I’ve had 2 other people in my household test them out as well, and they agreed. It’s like you got to shove them in your ear to get the right sound but then they pop out of that place and sound horrible.

Also, our JBL endurance sprint uses a twistlock technology so you can secure your earphones and won't fall out when using them for exercise. JBL

    Garbage. Didn’t even last a year. Stopped charging. Touch sensor too sensitive goes off with a gust of wind. Garbage garbage garbage. Won’t charge anymore don’t know why. Was good for like a month maybe that’s it.

    Have had trouble with these from the start but now, after 4 months, they just quit working completely. I really liked them when I could get the to work correctly but I cannot recommend, at all.

    I could not get the headphones to stay on correctly. I followed the directions and they would be on and then they would fall out. I tried all three sizes for the part that goes in the ear. I also had a difficult time turning it on and off. I returned them.

    Should sell these at the dollar store

    One side stopped working the first wear. This is the second set we've been through. They are cheap throwaways. VERY disappointed. And the one ear bud that did work, delivered horrible sound. blech. Spend the extra money and buy something else.

    Don’t buy string is short they are very sensitive on the right ear where you control them they hurt ears really really bad product trust me I did only pay 10$ but that’s why very cheap quality

    Not a fan. The sound quality is well below what K expected from JBL. The functionality is glitchy at best. Not all of the features worked as illustrated in the manual. They were returned asap.

    Don’t buy these. Worst headphones ever. The button to turn on and switch songs is too sensitive. Can’t touch these without disturbing whatever your listening too. I HAD to return these. Got the better JBLs they’re a lot better

    Do not buy it. Waste of money and time. I do not even understand how do I open it , close it. Such a waste of money. I feel betrayed using this and knowing what I have done being frugile.

    These do not work at all. They don’t hold a charge for longer than 30 minutes. In the off chance that they connect to Bluetooth....it doesn’t last I will be returning.

    Bought these headphones and the left side the sound was cracking. Not sure if anyone else experienced that with theirs as well or I just got a defective pair. I had to rerun.
