I did have a problem with no bass and sent a note to JBL support. They offered to have the product evaluated by warranty support after I mailed it back, and are now sending me a new pair. While not ideal, and a pain for just a pair of headphones, they are taking care of the situation.

I use them to work out and if I lift my arms and bump the headphone or even brush past it it pauses the music or changes the song. If you’re not moving around they will work great but If you have plans to use them when working out or doing other things you may want to reconsider.
