These are secure but the sound quality/ volume is not very good for phone use. A little better with music. Also very easy to accidentally hang up on someone.

I have an HBS-810 that works great for car and office but too constricting and cumbersome for workouts. These Endurance ones actually are more comfortable than my old set and the sound quality is better. Battery charge life is typical.
