They fall out of your ear frequently and they aren't too loud. At the loudest setting you hear the outside world clearly.

The EVEREST 100BT have rubber horns (the part which loops inside your ear) and rubber sleeves (the part which goes to your ear canal), which come in the box upon purchase. These parts come in small and medium sizes and you should have both sizes included in the package. You might need either a bigger or smaller rubber horns and sleeves so you will have a perfect fit. With regards to the loudness, it depends on the music files you are playing or the apps you are using. You may also do isolation by pairing it with other sources and use different music apps to check if the volume would still be consistently low. Check if the inline volume control is also working. If the issue still persists, please submit a case at www.jbl.com/support-contact.html and the Customer Service team will be more than happy to further assist you.

I took them back the same day and purchased the LG tones. The LG Tones were the best wireless earbuds that I have ever purchased.

Felt Good in ear , poor sound
