Got this for my wife and it died in 2 weeks. Used the geek squad protection plan and exchanged for a BOSE which is still going strong after about two years.

Bought these for when I work outside would not stay in my ears. Just walking they would fall out..I can't tell you how bad or good they sound .just got tired of trying to make them fit

I've purchased two pairs now, and neither pair works well. They have static between the headphones and my iPhone unless the phone is right next to my headphones.

Did not sync up with audio during video playback. Unpaired and repaired trying to fix the problem. Sound was always flat. Took them back the next day.

You can count on this item to fail — no abuse necessary. Great when it works, but that is not for long.

these JBL earbuds are terrible. they keep dropping Bluetooth connection. and the sound quality is not very good. look for something better.

ive bought . over time several in ear and wired headphones...these are the worst, they dont stay in your ear and the sound is horrible.

The product doesn't stay connected to the phone it has pauses and doesn't fit in my ears correctly just a pain.

Purchased this when it was on sale. I was disappointed with how it sound. Item was returned for refund.

This item don't hold a charge can't half hear from it just dissapointed and dissatisfied with the product.

After 1 month they stopped working, good hong I bough he Best Buy warranty so I easily exchanged them

Based on the reviews for this product on here I was a little hesitant towards purchasing these because I wanted good sound quality with great bass, but a Best Buy employee talked me into purchasing them and have absolutely no regrets. First off, I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 which has an equalizer in their music app that brings these headphones to life. I know for a fact that Apple iPhones don't have this because I used to have one, so if you are an Apple user you will not be getting the excellent sound quality that these headphones are capable of giving. Once the equalizer on my phone was set right where I liked it, booming bass, great mids, and great treble came alive in these headphones. They are miles better than Beats in my opinion which have a muddy sound, and have better overall sound than Bose headphones for the music I listen to which happens to be lots of Rock music. Now onto the final verdict. If your phone has an equalizer then by all means get these headphones because they are fantastic once brought to life, but if your phone doesn't have an equalizer then I would say check out another set of headphones that have more bass right out of the box.

Good design and fit, great clarity. I did read reviews about the volume. I gave in and purchased these. I was going to buy more expensive Klipcsh model, but they weren't available in store. Not impressed with the volume level. I guess I was expecting more being a JBL product. JBL has the looks, style, and packaging correct.....put a little more effort on volume and these are a "Best Buy". I'm glad they were on sale at $79 instead of $99, but honestly the volume puts them in a $50 category to me.

Wanted wireless for running and the gym. They are very comfortable. The only downside is that the base is not very good. Otherwise I'm very happy with this product.

I have no idea what AMuray is talking about, maybe he works for another company. This headphones quality is very good compared to a cheap ole pair you can cop for 20 bucks. I actually purchased a pair of power beats 2 to compare & i returned the beats. These were honestly a lot better in my opinion much more comfortable too. Note: people are right base isn't great but I love soft music such as classical and I hate loud base so these are great for me. I guess it depends on what kind of music you like and how you like to listen. I would've loved to give a 5 but battery life has been getting worse as of late... it's been pretty bad I think I'm only getting an hour of music at the most before I get a low battery warning... pretty upset about this :/

I really like these earbuds. For me, the sound is very, very good. They fit in my ear well, and they provide more than enough isolation because of their design, to ride on public transportation, walking in the street, etc. . Since all devices these could be used on are not equal, these will perform differently on them. Also these are earbuds and you need to learn to fit them in your ear to get the best sound . Some people can do this easily and some really don't like it. MY POINT IS: I really like these, for me they are built very well, produce crystal audio, and fit it my ear very comfortably. Not everyone will experience these like I do. I would very much recommend you try these, especially if you like to use earbuds. Best Buy will allow you to return or exchange them during the time frame they provide. If you dont like them get something else. However I really do like them. Good Luck.

Great quality and stay in your ear well once you mess with them and figure out how to fit them properly, however, for me, the headphones are not loud enough. I could be deaf, or it could just be due to the fact that it's wireless.
