Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the Everest 300 Wireless On-Ear Headphones' sound quality, comfort, and Bluetooth connectivity, with many also praising the battery life and price. However, some customers reported that the headphones have a tight fit and lack bass. A few users also mentioned issues with the volume level. Overall, the positive feedback on sound and comfort outweighs the negative comments regarding fit and bass response.

Bought the Sony entry level 350 wireless headphones, not enough distance from device, low volume. Sounded great, innovative controls but not enough. Returned and spent the extra 50$ on the JBL Everest. They are awesome. I can walk my whole work environment without a blip of loss or disconnect. For half the cost of the beats solo wireless, they sound just as good.

Amazing Sound at A Great Price!!!

I've been listening to music forever, so I am often on a quest to hear better through my personal headphone collections over the years. I have a pair of Power Beats Wireless Earbuds, I also own a pair of Skull Candy Professional Studio Over Ear Studio Headphones. The quality and clarity of these JBL Everest 300 On Ear Headphones are clear and crisp for wireless. The bass is more than enough for a Bass Head who demands quality low register sound. The mids and highs are just as clear. The noise cancelling feature works fantastic. I made a phone call with them immediately after my purchase and my voice was loud and clear on the other end. I couldn't hear myself well but that was a small price to pay for the quality of sound coming through. Can't wait to try them on my next flight out of town!! For $130.00 (On Sale from $149.00) this was a steal!!! I would have paid $200 for this quaility!! Go get yourself a pair now! BTW they sound just as good as any pair of Beats!

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our product. If you are pairing another source device with the EVEREST 300, it needs to perform a reset. To reset it, with the headphone in OFF state, press and hold the ON/OFF button for about 7 seconds. This enables the EVEREST 300 to put in pairing mode again. Search Bluetooth devices from your source source and connect to the EVEREST 300. Play music and enjoy. JBL

Blew out my blue tooth and ear phones and mouse. Best descriptor was from Geek Squad. Phones were a gen 4 and computer gen 1. Impression from box was it would work with this combination.

Finally something to compete with the same old stuff out in the market. These look good, fit good, but best of all sound amazing. I want to see more innovation from JBL. I grew up with that brand and have been waiting for something different from them. And this is it. Good stuff.

Great Headphones - Poor Quick Start Directions

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

For a product made by a company who has sold goods in the US for decades - the quick start manual is very ugly. It is one of those fold out pamphlets with too many languages on it for the text to flow well. It is also missing key concepts and the buttons displayed on the diagrams are not labeled well. I could not find good supplemental information on the JBL website either - just an english only version of the quick start guide. After reading the Q&A section on the JBL website I figured out the missing pieces. The headphones sound great and the unit seems to be built well... so now that I have them paired, hopefully I can figure out how to run the phone controls and the rest will be smooth.

    Uncomfortable

They're good headphones-- the quality is alright, the bluetooth is cool (aside from the fact that it's extremely laggy with phone calls and you can't watch videos), and they're stylish enough, although they're more on the big side. They're good, but they're way too tight and uncomfortable. Couldn't wear them for more than 30 minutes without getting a major headache. Really disappointing.

The unboxing experience for these headphones where really good when tried the the headphones soul purpose was meant for all types of music but the sad part was no bass with the headphones but while purchaseing them I new there wasn't going to be bass I own the xb950 from Sony they r Bluetooth with a lot of bass for the bass heads like my self if u wanted purely bass get them one other thing I noticed was while I had them on they have a clamp so to speak around your ears and head witch can hurt but all u need to do is stretch them out a little.

    JBL EVEREST 300

My daughter loves the headphones. They are very comfortable, which is the most important thing to her. She loves the sound, as well. My only complaint/criticism of these headphones is of the cable that comes with the headphones. The cable that you would use to connect a device to the headphones has a bend in it on the end that would connect to an iPad, phone, or whatever. (That end of the plug is 3.5 mm) the end of the plug that connects to the headphones has a straight connector is 2.5 mm. The problem I have with the bend in the plug at the 3.5 mm end is that if your phone, iPad, or whatever is in an otter box case, you can't plug the headphones into the device while it's in the case. I called JBL customer service. JBL does not make a cable with a straight plug. I found one, and ordered if from Amazon. We only plan on using the cable on long (2+ hour) car rides. But, for the price of the headphones, I think it should come usable connecting cable.

These headphones have a great sound and the wireless compatibility works flawlessly. I went through two competitors headphones for a similar price. One was uncomfortable and the other failed to pair (Bluetooth) with more than one device. They were both quickly returned. The JBL's works flawlessly and are very comfortable.

I love this head phones. They have everything I'm looking for in sound quality. Sure the Sony extreme bass rock your skull but these have more balance than one would expect. I use these all the time and the call quality is great too!

Great headphones! I have been using these for about 3 months now. I have them connected to my iPhone, ipad, MacBook Pro, Apple TV 4, and Amazon Fire tv stick. Comfortable Clean design JBL quality Better than Beats (in my opinion) But hands down the coolest part of these headphones is the ability to connect to another set of head phones share what your listening to!!! I share my music with my gf, or when we are waiting some place we can watch a movie together (on the airplane, waiting in line at Disney, etc). No other headphones do this! I bought the blue for me and the pink for her!
