Started doing a fair amount of business travel and the apple ear buds just weren't cutting it. Got these on the way to the airport. They were less expensive than Bose but once put on and turned on, you heard no background noise, only the music. I would definitely get again if I lost them.

Functionally, the sound was great on these. However, cosmetically to me they seemed really clunky and stuck out too far from my head/ears for my liking so I ended up returning them for some Beats wireless headphones.

Bought these on sale for a trip by plane. They sounded great in the store. Instructions and the app advised to update the firmware. They never worked again. Exchanged for new ones. The sound cancelling worked well and they sound really good wired. Called tech support and was advised NOT to update. After trip, was using unwired through Bluetooth. Bluetooth would cut out while I was holding my phone- forget about 30'. Returned them and got Bose QC 35. Much more money, but I can walk in any room in my house while leaving phone on the kitchen table and not lose my connection

JBL always make good products but got unlucky with this set within couple months battery not charging but called customer service and got a new pair coming

Just make sure your device is Bluetooth compatible if not you will need to buy an adaptor. Only reason I gave it 4 out 5 stars but is really a 5 star investment

Yes, you can buy another brand and pay more but why. If you are already in a plain and there is noise, so quality will never be what you get at home.

The first pair of Bluetooth headphones I've had that never drop the connection. I've worn cheap earbuds for years so my standards for audio quality are low, but these sound wonderful to my ears. I never use the noise cancellation feature but it seems like it does what it's supposed to. I wish this feature weren't enabled by default upon power-on. At time of purchase I tried both on-ear and over-ear models and preferred the former as they felt more comfortable and still do a great job of isolation. They're a bit heavy but I walk few miles in them every day and very quickly forget I'm wearing them. Overall I'm extremely pleased and would definitely recommend to others.

not compatible with car dvd player. I am having trouble finding wireless dvd headphones.

These JBL headphones are fantastic. The are great for the gym but I've used them mainly while traveling
