I got this speaker as a gift for a friend. One of her favorite features is that you can answer phone calls with it through your phone and can walk around your house with crystal clear audio on both ends. The bass is powerful in this little guy as well. Definitely good for a small apartment or a dorm room.

Great speaker at a low cost. Compared to the Pill the JBL gets much louder and sounds better for half the price. The bass is decent. This speaker is great. I love it. Worth every penny and more.

This product was purchased to be used as a speaker for my daughters MacBook. The initial set up was a walk in the park. The sound is superb. In comparison to the competition, I say purchase the JBL speaker. Not only will you save money with your purchase, but you will be blown away by its performance.

Bought two of these for my teenagers and they love them. Surprising quality sound for the size. You can enrich the sound by backing the speaker up against a wall to let the sound bounce back to you, which increases the bass. Good battery life and charging doesn't take too long. I would buy this again.

I use this when I am in the backyard. No wires to deal with. Sound is very good.

Upgraded my previous Flip 1 to the Flip 2. Benefit of being able to charge via USB is awesome. However, as with everything, there is a drawback. The Flip 2 does not have the same crisp sound quality as the Flip 1, but it does sound really good. I would recommend the Flip 2 if you use your speaker away from your home and need good clean (not crisp) sounds. Otherwise, stick with the Flip 1.

I bought this product to enhance the sound for my iPad and iPhone. It has amazing sound capability. The tones are crystal clear, plenty of bass and tons of volume. It is simple to use via blue tooth and the charge lasts a long time. I use it for streaming videos and podcasts. Great product.

Bought it for my fiancés Bday gift since her Jawbone was dying. Great small room filling range . Best part the JBL allows for multi pairing which my first year model Jawbone did not. She loves the popping Red Color I bought it in. Also I like the stand up option sounds better in my opinion than the flat side. JBL never fails in providing exceptional quality build & sound in their products.

small, easily portable, reasonably good sound. I recommend that you display it vertically. It seems to be build for that. Rubber on the bottom for traction and on/off buttons on the top.

Product works as described. Very nice sound, easy to connect, speaker phone feature is a nice bonus. Battery life is fair and suits our needs. I wish the carrying case was large enough to carry the charger and cord, but not a deal breaker for us. In all, it was priced right ($80 on sale) for the value.

THE JBL SPEAKER WAS MY FIRST CHOICE UPON GOING TO BEST BUY, BUT ONCE THERE A FEW SALES PEOPLE RECOMMENDED OTHER SPEAKERS. BUT AFTER SOME THOUGHT AND HEARING THE SPEAKER AGAIN I DECIDED TO STAY WITH MY FIRST CHOICE, GLAD I DID. EVERYBODY THAT HEARD THE LITTLE POWERHOUSE WAS IMPRESSED.

My office uses this speaker so the employees can take turns sharing music with blue tooth. The speaker fills our open area with loud, quality sound and a good amount of bass. It's definitely worth the price given the sound and build quality. I'd recommend this speaker to anyone.
