Good speaker for personal use and small gatherings

I brought this Bluetooth speaker for my son to use in his dorm and he tells me him and his friends like it, so I went out and brought myself one and he was right it's a great wireless speaker.

It has good speakers I would recommend this product!

Awesome sound.....just what I was looking for.....

First off I want to say that I am a pretty big fan of JBL products. I love that in general, no matter what product you buy you almost know you'll be hearing some good sound from it. The Flip's sound is not bad, but I feel like it's a little flat as compared to my other JBL Bluetooth, the Charge 2. The Charge 2 was released a generation or two ago, and I want to say it is one price point higher than the Flip. But even so, I still feel like I expected better sound quality from the Flip. Lastly, the physical design of the Flip is awkward as it has no flattened edge to lay it on. No matter what position it will roll around since it is a cylinder shape. Not sure why JBL did this. There is a lanyard attached to it so maybe they thought that the Flip should always be hanging from something. Who knows. Regardless, not a bad little Bluetooth speaker. You certainly could do worse.

Easy to work. No outlet plug, just a computer plug.

The associate steered me in the right direction with this speaker! Just the right amount of boom and bass, really loud...now, I want JBL everything! This speaker is even water-resistant!

Love the product! I bought two of these speakers, at the recommendation of a fantastic employee from the speaker dept, for using outside with kids for a summer camp. They were perfect!

Purchased for a grandson who spends a lot of time at the beach or pool, camping, bonfires... he loves it! Lightweight and portable. Great sound.

Christmas gift for one the kids. They always listen to this outside when playing basketball. They use it several times before having to charge it.

Sound is very good from this JBL Flip. Fits perfectly in my bike water bottle holder and allows me to stay aware while still enjoying my music. Works great and where.

The sound is ok- but a bit " small " . Returned it to get the Bose speaker

I thought it would have more bass to it. I guess its ok for the price. I was disappointed its loud but like I said no bass. My son owns a Flip but its a size up from mine. His sounds great. I dont know if its the size that matters.

Great sound quality but charging port needs to be better quality. After less than a year use, we had to replace speaker because charging port pushed into speaker and the speaker could no longer be charged.

I purchased this for a birthday gift for my God mother she loves it hasn't stopped play'n it.Had it abt.a month now & her birthday is nxt month.

Bought this for my wife for Xmas and she uses all over the house! She keeps asking for another so we'll be getting another. I love the chain feature they have.

This portable Bluetooth speaker is great for parties or just to play music in your house when you are cleaning. I am happy with my purchase

I was always getting the ear buds tangled or tucking them in my teeshirt. Now I just listen. It is important to know that 100% of my listening is audiobooks

This little speaker gets really loud without sound distortion. I like the option to pair with another JBL speaker which is really fun. The one downfall is that despite the twin mini subwoofers, the bass is very disappointing.
