Compact speaker, it’s just lack of power and clarity of the high notes. I don’t have high expectation from this speaker though.

I only bought this because it has the dual connection capability. Sound quality is just okay. Lows aren't as good as I thought they'd be with the dual bass.

I usually play instrumental,meditative backround music on low to medium level inside the house and this speaker is perfect for it! The sound balance is great, and on many songs, the Flip 3 sounds just as good as the Charge 2. I can easily connect to Bluetooth almost instantly with my Phone, Chromebook and Laptop. The great thing I love about the Flip 3 is it's tiny size, making it easy to bring in any room in the house and take just about anywhere. This little speaker has replaced my large Logitech speaker system. 5 star speaker!

Not bad! Sound is better than expected even after reading all the positive reviews. Crisp, clean and clear. Doesnt get tooooo loud but definitely loud enough to enjoy in different situations. Easy to pair with Samsung Note and iphone. Whats really cool is the ability to link other speakers to create a suround sound sort of set up. Would most definitely purchase again.

The smaller one is just as loud as this one. There is no point in spending extra money on this one.

Would like it fixed or replaced. Otherwise, I was satisfied. I would like to also see if JBL will stand by there product.

Sound is OK at most. No bass. Returned to BB. Flip 4 slightly better.

Took it back because it was faulty. Unfortunately there was a factory defect.

I had high expectations for this product specially after hearing and reading the reviews. To my surprise, the sound was hollow and lacking depth. I return the item thinking it was a lemon. However the second product was similar. Not for my ears!

Great for iPhone. Does not work with Samsung Galaxy 8.

This speaker was a birthday gift, since I really liked all the features and thought it looked cute, because of the color. Unfortunately, once my daughter started using it, there was some noise that the speaker made when she played music loudly. We returned the item to Best Buy.

It's good for the budget but needs more quality sound

Went to BB looking for Bluetooth speaker and quickly picked the JBl over competitors upon listening to all of them. My price point was $100 and but this thing sounds way better than my friends bose. This thing gets really loud with plenty of bass but not over bearing. Very little distortion when put on max but I usually have it at 50%. Love the size, material feels good in hand and love that it is waterproof. Connection was instant and battery life seems consistent with description. For $80, I doubt you'll find a better speaker. But that's just my opinion

the jbl flip 3 is pretty good it kinda overheat!!!

Have connected it to more than one source and cannot get hi volume from it. I bought it to use in speaking to a small group of people in a relatively small indoor area.

I bought them online, without listening to them. They have great sound, durable and the fact that they can get wet is awesome.. just don't submerge them.
