Good sound, easy to use and connect. I have it in my older truck that does not have bluetooth so I can stream from my phone. Works as a microphone when someone calls too.

I purchased the JBL Flip 4 to have better sound when projecting movies from my phone (I have a Moto Z Force 2 with the projector mod). The Flip connected easily through Bluetooth, and the sound quality both inside and outside is very good. Turned up to extreme volumes there is a slight bit of static distortion but I only turned it up that high to see where the limit was, the sound is fine at any normal volume level. My only real issue is with the (carrying?) strap that comes with the speaker. Its not really big enough to do anything practical with, and because the speaker is designed as a tube it has a tendency to roll around. I would like to see a pull out/fold out brace of some sort that gives it better stability on flat surfaces.
