I took it back after the first day because it refused to connect. I uploaded the firmware for my charge and all seemed good for about a week. I took it back s off again to return it. :( Totally disappointed.

Best buy won't allow replacement even though I got the 3 year service contract. Have to send to manufacturer which still hasn't returned it. 4 months still no speaker.

BUY IT! AMAZING FULL SOUND FROM A LITTLE SPEAKER

The sound was beyond awful. Bringing it back the customer service rep suggested one we were out of. Yet he said try the bose. I bought it and asked if we could test it. He pulled out his phone and said sure. The Bose was over the top bass heavy. The beats were great but the muddy sound left nothing for the vocals or mid range. Returning it, I went back to the floor and found these guys. One of the associates said the new ones are more than splash proof, that you can put these babies in the water and the sound was improved. There so new they didn't have a display but I picked one up and went back to customer service. After buying it the rep again let us use his phone and WOW!!!!! He was even blown away by how full and amazing the sound was. It sounded like one of the high end speakers out of the Magnolia store. Yet it's only $99. This is a no brainer for someone looking or high quality sound in a portable outdoor/indoor speaker! JBL made a fine product and I will be enjoying this for a long time to come! My wife has already taken it over so i'm thinking about buying another one for me. lol
