So frustrated as I have had 3 jbl speakers stop working yet if you were to look at them they all look new showing how I have taken care of them. One of them stopped working after a 4 foot accidental drop. Unfortunately this all happened after the one year warranty. Very smart of JBL.

Never again, the speaker sound terrible! I returned it in less than 15 days. The higher the volume the worst it sounds. No bass, my Amazon Alexa has more bass than this.

Don’t expect this to last 2 years

Sometimes the bass makes this odd noise randomly as welll I don’t think I’ll be buying JBL ANYTHING anymore. This is my 2nd speaker like this and both have the same issues after the first year.

Great speaker but bad personal experience

Posted .Thanks for the feedback about our JBL Flip 4. There are factors we need to consider with the battery life of our speakers. Our products have lithium-ion batteries that have charging cycles. These cycles will get consumed when you charge your unit and completely discharge it. This explains why speakers can last for six to eight hours when you first bought it. Two years later, it may only last two to three hours. This is normal. What isn't, is when a 12-month-old battery only lasts 15 minutes. Temperature also affects the battery life.
