Also, when it connect it only YouTube sounds can be heard. When this speak is used for phone conference , this spear does NOT work. So I returned it. Not a good choose for meeting and phone conference.

We recommend checking the audio default settings on the platform on your device to confirm that the 'JBL Flip 5' is selected as the default output audio device. Also, try forgetting the speaker from your Bluetooth settings and pairing it again. You can also try using the speaker on a different device to determine if the issue is with the speaker or with the source device. I got a Toshiba with less than 1/2 price but the sound is a lot better than this. Nice and neat look though but unfortunately I had to return.
