But the replacement does not last 12 hours either. Max used time is 5 hrs before needing to charge. Very disappointed it does not last the 12 hours as indicated.

Wouldn’t hold charge

Am trying a hard reboot - after I charge again tonight and if that doesn't work, will be returning!!!!
