Great sound in a small footprint. Plays as loud as you want! Setup was super easy. Never a problem connecting to my phone.

This speaker is not the biggest but it’s loud. So easy to carry around. Only thing is that I feel like it dies after a couple hours.

This might be louder than the Charge 4. This is so worth it. My charge 4 isn’t as loud and does not last as long as the flip 5.

This is my 4th JBL Flip speaker...the first of the Flip 5 generation. Easy to pair with solid sound from such a small speaker. The JBL software allows you to link several speakers together too. The software is fairly easy to figure out...could be easier and I'm hoping that JBL continues to improve the app. My only complaint is overall quality. Every one of my prior speakers has died: 1 had batteries that went bad after ~1 year and the other 2 had both failed batteries (after ~1 year) as well as blown speakers. (Note: I'm not a huge bass or super loud kind of person, so it's not from playing music too loud!). Overall, not a bad speaker...may need to explore other options if this one fails!

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas, it works fantastic, he used it right away, the only complaint my daughter has is it's too loud!! LOL
