Also, when it connect it only YouTube sounds can be heard. When this speak is used for phone conference , this spear does NOT work. So I returned it. Not a good choose for meeting and phone conference.

We recommend checking the audio default settings on the platform on your device to confirm that the 'JBL Flip 5' is selected as the default output audio device. Also, try forgetting the speaker from your Bluetooth settings and pairing it again. You can also try using the speaker on a different device to determine if the issue is with the speaker or with the source device. I bought this to listen to Amazon Music on my Samsung tablet. I wear hearing aids and none of the ones I have owned do a good job with music so I really cannot evaluate the sound. I listen in the kitchen while preparing food.

It's portable, easy to bring places, connects with my phone, very durable, and I even use it to connect to my wall mounted TV when I eat dinner (we do not have any speaker or soundbar connected to it because it would show wires and/or wreck the beauty of our fire place mantel).
