I’m exchange I’m upgrading to the next level up because I really want my music loud

Flip 5 is a great portable bluetooth speaker with great sound. Its plenty loud for indoors or outside on the deck for you listening pleasure. Small compact size makes it easy to bring along when traveling, camping or wherever you may go. I give it an A- only because there is no Eq on board.

Gave to my husband as a Christmas gift and the sound is excellent. He uses it in his "man cave", and takes it with him when he travels.

My grandson loved it the sound is awesome he said its real loud I'm so glad i bought it for for his birthday

The quality of sound absolutely lives up to the JBL name. The deep rich sounds give you everything you need it such a robust versital speaker.

Very loud and very bassy Bluetooth speaker for my electric scooter. I can hear the lyrics clearly even at 50+mph.

Although I only had this at a short time the speaker had great sound. The one issue I had was that after it needed charged the charging cable shipped smashed and I was unable to plug it in. I returned it and I’m now waiting on a replacement. Hopefully this is just a one off thing and that this will be a great speaker.

The price is for sound is unbeatable. I love the color and this is our pool music maker, i connect via Bluetooth on my phone and can play pnadora, anazon, Spotify...etc. it's great, but don't expect massive base. It's better than the Alexa units.

JBL makes a great product. This portable speaker packs a powerful punch. If you are looking for cleat and crisp portable speaker look no further.

over all its a solid chose for a speaker but if you looking for something super loud try going for the jbl charge or xtreme

My daughter loves it, she takes it everywhere she goes, sound is good. Battery last her for days even though she uses it almost all day.

This is my first speaker purchase from Best Buy and I love the quality of this speaker. I can feel the bass and beat through this speaker when playing music :)

I needed a Bluetooth speaker and this one is great. The bass and general sound is powerful for the size. It actually sounds better than the previous JBL I had.

This is the second one I’ve purchased as my nieces took the first one. Love this speaker. You can take it with you to the beach, car, vacation!

Great sound for such a compact speaker. Love it. We use our now-ancient i-Pod nano, but it works fine.
