Great product from Bestbuy - Bluetooh Speaker Soung great

Speaker is average but for the price I would wait until it goes down or for the next gen. The value wasn’t there. I expected a lot more quality sound from this.

Love the sound, but it cuts off continuously. Would love it if it worked properly.

I have used several Bluetooth speakers over the years and had an older model JBL that lasted for a long time but when the battery stopped holding a good charge, I decided I’d get another JBL because when I find a company I like, I tend to stay with them. That says a lot.

We bought to take to the beach and it worked great. Now we use it on our patio every evening. Great sound and not too loud.

Great little light speaker. Carry it everywhere in the summer. Great sound long battery life.

The sound is very good for ONE speaker. I purchased two of these speakers to take advantage of the ability to sync them together for mutli-speaker sound. They sync together fairly easily but the sound is quickly ruined by the speakers constantly going in and out. The speakers stop and start playing, and they crackle over and over again. Battery life seems to be inconsistent. After charging overnight one battery drained in just minutes. Other times the battery was fine. I'll be returning these and buying something better. It's a good deal for one speaker but trying to leverage two speakers is a complete waste of money.

I love it when I first bought this because it was my first JBL speaker. I bought it when it was on sale so you can't beat the price at all! However, there are some cons to it at least in my own personal experience with mine. On several occasions, I've had to reconnect it to my iphone because for some reason it would always disconnect and not allow me to connect. It's annoying but overall the sound is great.

Miss the speakerphone that was on flip 4. It was a feature I used a lot. Very useful if using phone for your music. Gives option to talk to caller through speaker.

I love how easy it was to find what I needed , the neatness of the store the workers were amazing! I love my local Oxnard Best Buy Store & everything I bought there I love especially my JBL speaker . Thank you all

Good sound at a good price. You can find better but not at this price.

Sometimes the WiFi connection is dropped, but restarting it corrects the problem. The sound quality is very good.

build quality is nice doesnt feel cheap but for the price and size its not very loud my cell phone is almost as loud. and the app is usless you cant adjust anything

Purchased it for my kids to use outside by our pool. It is well made, loud and we love the color. Definitely worth the price.

I thought it would be bigger for the cost. My hand is actually longer than this speaker. It might be ok for a cubical desk speaker.

The speaker sounded nice when it worked. 16 days after purchase it died. Highly disappointed because I couldn't return it back to the Best Buy store due to the 15 day return policy (Which is an inconvenience.) I'm hopeful to submit a claim through the JBL website. Next time, I will purchase an item like this from Target or Walmart where they have a 30 day return policy.
