My son kept using mine so I got him one for Christmas. I've trusted the jbl brand for years. Unfortunately the battery stopped working so I had to replace it. But I still highly recommend JBL.

Posted .Thanks for taking the time in providing your feedback with our JBL Flip 5. This speaker doesn't have speakerphone capability so it isn't possible to use it for phone calls and Voice-assistant features.

It was the only one in the store and open box. I took a chance and I love it. Not the color I wanted, but beggars can't be choosers. lol

Could have been worse I guess, or could have been better. Seems to be a good product, could be better, but at least is not any worse.

There was an electronic high pitched popping and hissing that happened during times where it was supposed to be quiet. Louder than a fire alarm! Anyway, Best Buy has a great return policy in place, so there were no worries. Ended up trading up and bought a more powerful Sony.
