    Ok but. charging cord wont fit in the Storage Case

    Speaker is Ok, it wont vibrate the walls if thats what want you want. What a dumb company, they include a "USB charging cord" and it absolutely wont fit in the hard foam storage case for the speaker what a bunch of imbeciles.

    The speaker did not really have a good base. Looked like someone messed with it was missing something

First, if you're using an EQ, try turning it off if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass a bit. Second, try pairing your speaker with a different device to see if the issue is on the source device.     This Bluetooth speaker connects great to our phones and has great sound, but we bought a HeyDay Bluetooth turntable that we hoped to use with it, and it wouldn't make any sound once connected! After sitting on tech support with Target multiple times and exchanging the record player for a new one, tech support said the only explanation is that the speaker is not compatible with our turntable. The turntable connected fine to a different Bluetooth speaker, just not this one for some reason.

    I received a JBL flip waterproof speaker as a Christmas gift, it’s supposed to be waterproof. I dropped in pool and it stopped work. I contact JBL who told me not worth getting fixed. Since I only used approximately 7 months, (use it for pool), I think it should be labeled “disposable”. What a disappointment.

    The box states up to 12 hours of battery- and while i can understand battery life shortening the louder you play music, going from a 12 hour batter life to 1 hour is horrendous

      Our JBL Flip 5 may reach up to 12 hours of playtime depending on your music source and content that is being played as well as volume level. The music playtime was tested on continuous playing at a moderate volume. Playing at a high/max volume and bassy music content will decrease the playtime. JBL

    So I bought the 4 for my friend Xmas gift. It would not turn on. So I returned it and purchased this one. Everything’s great but the charger didn’t seem to work but any standard android charger fits it so it’s really not a biggie.

    Drops Bluetooth after 30 minutes- horrible service

    Purchased 2 JBL Flip4 Red speakers in March 2020. About a month of use - both speakers would 'self-shut-off' from connected phone while playing music. (Phone kept playing & when connected to other bluetooth speakers - played all day with no drops) Additionally - when second speaker was "Linked" it would often drop connection after a few minutes. (Even though speakers not moved) - This wasn't consistent - Link connections dropped most times - but would connect and stay connected once and awhile. Called / Web connected JBL "Customer Service" 100% GONE. NONE - Horrible and unreliable service. "Phone service" that can be remote - uses lame excuse of Covid to not have Customer Service - web or phone. Will not buy again.

    Speaker is defective

    We purchased this speaker on 7/10 as a gift for my sister-in-law. It worked great the first couple of times she used it, however recently she noticed that when she turns the volume past a particular threshold that the sound quality gets messed up /songs start to break up. There’s a massive issue with the sound quality- we think the speaker is defective. She said this has happened once or twice since she has received it. I went online to try to return the device however we’re passed the return date which was 7/26. It’s now 8/04- obviously this is a huge disappointment given the price of the item and the fact that she has had this speaker for less than a month and barely used it.

    Great_ease_of_use,_poor_sound_& battery

    Very portable but sound quality is poor and battery charge life tends to be short lived, needs AC connect. I should have exchanged it but my own transportability is limited.
